The Atelier
A working studio, not a showroom. Every surface carries evidence of the last garment made on it — chalk lines, pin marks, and paper worn soft at the fold.
We keep the studio close to the work — no showroom distance between the idea and the hand that makes it.
ATELIER operates from a single studio floor: pattern room, cutting table, and finishing bench within a few steps of each other, so a garment never travels far between decisions.
The Process, Stage by Stage
Select a stage to see how it's tooled, what material is in hand at that point, and why it matters to the finished garment.
Establish why a garment should exist before any cloth is touched.
Every season begins with a question rather than a sketch — a construction problem worth solving, drawn from the archive of past patterns and the behaviour of a specific cloth.
Archive patterns, fabric swatches, reference photography
None committed yet — material is chosen once the question is clear
We keep every superseded pattern; the archive of what didn't work informs what does.
